The Ministries

The Ministries are a pretty interesting construction because they are sort of like government departments with dozens, and potentially a hundred (in games set later in the canon), members in each one. Here are the broad overviews plus some supplemental power divisions that I've added to them over the years. Do you adjust or expand their portfolios in any particular way in your games?

Ministry of Dust - Information on Humanity, Connections to Human Institutions (media, police, etc.), Supervising Fallen Efforts on Humanity to protect against widespread breaches of Fallen Secrecy, Dealing with Hunters.

Ministry of Dragons - Propaganda agents, Informants, Advocates for the People.

Ministry of Lions - Military, Tactical Squads, Training in Such Matters.

Ministry of Eagles - Information on External Threats (rival courts, Earthbound, other supernaturals).

Ministry of Aurochs - Security Guards, Bastions, Judiciary.

What else might fall into each portfolio? Where would finances or the treasury fall, presuming the court has one?
