What, as in, the enemies of the Created?

Well, they'd have two main antagonists.

The first, obvious one is the Pandorans, mockeries of Prometheans, failed creations made of twisted, mutated flesh. They lie dormant until the Promethean's presence awakens them, and then they go charging along with intent to consume them. There are also the more clever Sublimatus Pandorans, who command the less intelligent monsters, and the Prometheans who have fallen to the path of the Centimanus and revel in their monstrousity.

The other would be the Promethean's Disquiet. Disquiet causes angry mobs to chase her down, communities to cast her out, people to turn on her. It causes the land around them to decay the longer they remain. Disquiet is what forces a Promethean to keep on moving.

If you're looking for something for a Hunter game specifically, obviously Disquiet isn't going to help you, as it is part of the Promethean's nature. But you could easily use Pandoran monsters commanded by a mad Centimanus, killing humans in some act of revenge. They're great for visceral monstrousity, all twisted limbs, freakish growths and horrid mutations.

That's a very general overview. Need any more detail on anything?

Pandorans remain inert, and you can't tell them apart from rocks, stones, twigs and similar inert materials, until they're activated by the Azoth - the Prometheans' version of Gnosis or Primal-Urge in werewolves. Low-Azoth Created only trigger Pandoran swarms to attack them if they're in a short range; the Azoth of the most powerful Created can activate Pandorans from all over a large city.

When Pandorans come to life, they turn into twisted swarms of body parts, like spidery detached hands and the like. Think of those horrifying animatronic creations of John Carpenter's "The Thing," the one with Kurt Russell. Some Pandorans can grow into much bigger, uglier monsters, and some can attain sentience, in the form of Sublimatus Pandorans - but all Pandorans have an unerring homing instinct to zoom in on the Created who passed by close enough to activate them.

Something else you should know about Pandorans.

Prometheans create them.

They don't ask to create Pandorans - but they do. In order for a Promethean to ascend to the New Dawn, he or she has to create a new Promethean themselves, procreating their Lineage and passing on the curse of the half-life to others of their kind. This means raiding mortuaries for body parts and corpses, etc. Well ... sometimes, the experiments go wrong. And when they do, there's no middle ground. There's no "Huh. Well, the lightning failed to activate it, and the corpse is just cooling burnt meat lying there on the slab." No.

In creating a new Promethean, either a new Promethean rises up ... or it tears itself into bloody chunks which scatter off like the Chestburster from Alien. Either a Promethean, or a Pandoran. Nothing in between.

Prometheans are, in fact, far more likely to create Pandorans if they have studied the Stannum or Centimanus Refinements, and pursued the study of vengeance and Disquiet (Stannum) or of Flux (the anti-Azoth that powers Pandorans) (Centimanus).

It's also possible that, in order to get the process right, sometimes the Promethean needs to learn what failure looks like. But that's really the Prometheans' affair, and a Storyteller matter.

Otherwise, yes, you have Centimanus Prometheans, other Prommies, Pandorans ... oh, and human mad scientists trying to steal the Prometheans' Azoth and Vitriol to create clones.

Let's not forget those humans. Not as if they had enough enemies already ... :)
